Conditions We Treat
Adults and children age 5 and older can video chat with a care provider while at home, work, or on the go. This service is for patients who are Michigan residents and have minor medical conditions such as the ones listed below:
- Cough, sore throat, COVID-19 or common cold/flu like symptoms
- Eye infections (e.g. Pink Eye)
- Painful urination (e.g. Urinary Tract Infections)
- Diarrhea
- Insect bites and stings
- Minor skin conditions or rashes
- Head lice
- Abrasions
- Back and neck pain
For emergencies, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency care location.
What to Expect During a Virtual Visit
Your visit will start with a brief wait in our virtual waiting room which may contain some educational videos. Shortly after, you will be greeted by our Urgent Care staff and asked for some basic information needed to start your virtual visit. Once connected with a provider, you can expect a safe, face to face, confidential visit with personalized care.

Cost and Insurance Options
Most insurances cover telehealth visits. You can expect a copay based on individual plans. After Visit Summary Access
You may access provider notes summary, test results, and other details about your virtual visit on our patient portal (MyChart) online. If you do not currently have a MyChart account, you may request one by calling our MyChart Customer Service team at (810) 262-9255 to sign up for one.
