Medical Records & MyChart
The quickest and easiest way to see and print your medical records is through Hurley MyChart. MyChart allows you to review your medical history (lab, test results, current immunizations, preventive care and medical/surgical history) securely, it’s free to use and available 24 hours a day.
You may also call our medical records department at 810-262-9214 for information on how to obtain your medical records in person.
If you do not have a MyChart account, you can request one at https://mychart.hurleymc.com/mychart/signup.
Once logged in to MyChart you can request additional information by clicking Request my Records, found in the MyChart menu. Once the records have been released to MyChart, your copies can found and reviewed in the Document Center, found in the menu.
