This documentary, narrated by acclaimed actress Viola Davis and directed by Ani Simon-Kennedy shows how the disease affects people all across the United States and reinforces type 2 diabetes as an urgent public health issue through interviews with patients and their loved ones, as well as doctors and advocates.
