Dr. Gerard Williams has a PhD in Clinical Psychology and is a fully licensed psychologist in Michigan. He is a graduate of both the University of Michigan and the United States International University, and is listed in the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology. He is both a Certified Advanced Addictions Counselor and an Internationally Certified Advanced Addictions Counselor, and is a member of the American Psychological Association and a charter member of the Hurley Medical Center Department of Psychology. 

Dr. Williams focuses his practice at Hurley Mental Health Associates on psycho-diagnostic testing of children, adolescents, and adults. He conducts assessments for diagnostic clarification, learning disabilities (such as ADHD), neuro-psychological disorders (such as head injury, toxic exposures, and neuro-developmental disorders), and pre-surgical qualifications for bariatric surgery, spinal implants, organ transplants, and plastic or cosmetic surgery.
