We provide a personal contact for physicians, their practice managers and office staff to promote the best possible interaction and to remove referral barriers. Our focus is building positive relationships, improving communication and increasing customer satisfaction by continually addressing the needs of our physicians and their staff.
Information shared with our department is very important to us at Hurley Medical Center and is used in program planning, evaluation and development.
Our staff is available to assist you and your office staff with:
• Resolution of issues or concerns regarding referrals, access, communication or customer service
• Training for EPIC, Hurley’s electronic medical record system
• Introduction to physicians and the community

• Information on special programs and events for physicians' office staff
