On the second and fourth Monday of every month, Safe Kids Greater Flint conducts FREE child car seat inspections at the Grand Blanc Township Fire Station. You must make an appointment to have your child car seat inspected and your child has to be present at the appointment. The certified technicians will check to make sure the seat is not expired, is an appropriate fit for your vehicle, and that the seat is the correct fit for your child. If there is something wrong with the seat or if the seat is not the appropriate fit for your child, a new one will be provided. To make an appointment, call (810) 606-7284.
